Livewell.PK will only process your order once it has been confirmed via a phone call. We normally call you within 24 hours of the order being received on our store. Processing time is between 1 to 2 days depending on the pending order queue.
All Pakistan orders over Rs. 3,000 (for a maximum weight of up to 2 KG) will get free delivery to the recipient's address. For orders above 2 KG, additional charges will be applied and customer notified prior to shipping.
We ship using COD (Cash On Delivery) to virtually all locations within Pakistan. Orders above Rs. 10,000 may only be processed with advance payment (bank deposit or other methods) of a minimum amount of 50% or more (depending on order size). Standard Delivery within Pakistan takes 3-4 days after the order has shipped.
The shipping charges are Rs. 100 for an order to any location within the delivery locations indicated on the map below (some areas are not covered, for example: any location outside Ring Road or outside of Raiwind Road). For such locations we will ship your order using a courier service and the delivery charges will be Rs. 199 in such cases. We will always endeavor to notify you regarding any changes to delivery charges in your order and only proceed with your approval.
Free delivery is available on orders above Rs. 3,000 for a maximum weight of up to 2 KG. It is up to the discretion of Livewell.PK to select the shipping service used. Delivery time is usually between 3-7 days.
Free delivery is not available on wholesale items. If your order is a combination of regular items and wholesale items, the free shipping will be valid if the product amount of regular items exceeds Rs. 3,000. The shipping charges for wholesale items will be calculated and charged separately. Delivery charges for wholesale items are calculated after the order is placed and you will be notified during the confirmation call regarding the exact amount or best estimate available to us at the time.
REASONS FOR SHIPMENT DELAYS
Incorrect address has been entered in the shipping details when placing the order.
Personal details may need to be confirmed for fraud prevention if we are unable to verify the shipping destination. Sometimes we will require personal detail verification before dispatching orders, and this may delay shipping.
Payment in advance is not yet verified (for orders where payment is made via bank deposit, EasyPaisa or other advance payment options).
If your order will be delayed for any reason we are aware of, we may contact you directly via phone or email to advise of the delay.
VIEW & TRACK ORDERS
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse facility that is based in Lahore. We use various courier services to delivery your order.
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email from Livewell.PK containing your tracking number and the assigned courier who will deliver your order. If you don't receive this email and would like to obtain your tracking number, please login to your account and view your Order Details or contact Livewell.PK using the Contact Us form or email at email@example.com.
Once you have your tracking number you can track your parcel by clicking on the assigned courier.
Please allow 12 hours for your package to register in the system before attempting to track your parcel. For all international orders please allow 24 hours before attempting to track your parcel.
- If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition.
- Please note that some products are not eligible for a return if the product is "No longer needed".
Conditions for Returns
- The product must be unused and without any flaws. Apparel products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of LiveWell.PK packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.
- If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
- Delivery of a product that is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival)
- Delivery of a product that is incorrect (presentation different on website) / incomplete (missing parts)
- Delivery of a product that is “No longer needed” (you no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase / the size of a apparel product does not fit / you do not like the product after opening the package) - eligible for selected products only
How to Return a Product
1. Call (0333) 456-1777 to create your return request
2. If a return label is issued simply print it out or go to your chosen courier or delivery service and fill out the details.
3. Pack your LiveWell.PK parcel securely, with the product in the original undamaged manufacturer's packaging as delivered to you
4. Attach the shipping label to the top of the parcel (ensure that delivery label is covered) and deposit it at the relevant courier
5. Send us the tracking number for the return parcel via SMS or e-mail along with your order number
